Work Site Sign-In App

Employees sign in with name, contact details confirming the job site, and if they need to complete a hazard assessment for their work. 
Managers and supervisors can view a live summary of all personnel on site, which can be printed and taken to the muster site in case of an emergency. 
Site address and muster points can be displayed to workers. Custom messages can be added to notify workers of important daily notifications.
Employees receive an email link for easy access to sign out when they leave site for the day.

eHazard Assessments

Workers list their work tasks, choose from relevant physical, chemical, environmental health and safety hazards and select suitable engineering, administrative and PPE controls. Provides a comprehensive daily hazard assessment, to satisfy legislative requirements.

Powered Mobile Equipment Inspections

If employees are using equipment that day the PME checklist pops up for completion, with a full set of visual and operational checks to satisfy legislative requirements to inspect equipment before operation.

Fall Protection Plans

If employees are working at height, the fall protection plan pops up, guiding the worker to fully assess and record the hazards, and calculate fall protection requirements. The app provides an instant notification if fall protection is adequate.

Harness Inspection

Record all information required for a daily visually harness inspection, who what and how it was inspected.

Hot Work Permit Record

Digitally complete all required information explaining what hot work is being done, when and who, send to approver and record fire watch times.
Captures all information required to ensure hot work is prepared for and completed safely.

PDF Records

Every time the app is used, a signed PDF copy of the record is emailed to a defined group. Including the person completing the form, site supervisors or clients. This can be customized based on the job, site or client.

Email Notifications

You can opt to receive email notifications every time a record is completed or set up rules for who receives notifications based upon job, site or client.
